Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• name, email address, phone number, and contact preferences;
• intro form answers, fitness goals, training background, schedule preferences, and safety notes you choose to provide;
• business inquiry details, such as company name, team size, and workplace training needs;
• messages you send to EPPIC Fitness; and
• basic website information, such as device, browser, page visits, and server logs.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and intro session requests;
• help coaches understand a person's training background and goals;
• recommend an appropriate starting point or next step;
• support future onboarding, account setup, app access, or member communication when a person chooses to continue;
• operate, secure, and improve the website and gym services; and
• meet legal, safety, administrative, or recordkeeping obligations.

Consent and Choices

By submitting information through the website, you consent to EPPIC Fitness using it for the purpose connected to that form or request. You can choose not to provide certain information, but that may limit how well we can respond or recommend the right starting point.

If we add marketing email, app notifications, or other optional communications, those communications should include the required consent and unsubscribe controls.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with EPPIC Fitness owners, coaches, administrators, and service providers who help operate the website, database, email, booking, app, hosting, analytics, or customer support systems. We may also disclose information when required for legal, safety, or security reasons.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on public marketing and legal pages to understand visits, navigation, and general website performance. These tools are not loaded on the intro intake and booking flow, password-reset page, or live gym display, and we do not send form answers or contact details to them. Tracking is also disabled when the browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

When an advertising campaign is active, the intro page may use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure a page visit and whether an intro request was successfully saved. The browser and server use the same random event identifier so Meta can count one request once. For this measurement, Meta may receive that event identifier, Meta click or browser IDs, the page address without its query string, IP address, browser user agent, and event time. To improve attribution, the server may also send one-way SHA-256 hashes of the submitted email address, phone number, and a stable EPPIC identifier. The raw email address or phone number is not sent to Meta. Automatic form matching is disabled, and we do not send names, injury or safety information, fitness goals, or intake answers to Meta. Both the Pixel and server-side conversion are disabled when the browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Campaign tags in the page link, such as source, campaign, ad, and placement labels, may be saved with the inquiry so EPPIC can understand which advertising led to the request.

Storage and Security

Website inquiry data may be stored in systems used by EPPIC Fitness, including database, hosting, email, and future app systems. We use reasonable safeguards for the sensitivity of the information, but no website or online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the reason it was collected, for the member or inquiry relationship, or for legal and administrative requirements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, de-identify it, or securely archive it where appropriate.

Access and Correction

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that EPPIC Fitness holds about you, subject to legal, operational, and safety limits. Contact EPPIC Fitness using the contact details listed on this website.

Future Updates

We may update this statement as memberships, payments, app features, marketing tools, or additional member services change. The current version will be posted here with an updated date.
